I have the feeling that it is simply a standard answer that everybody gets.I did not know about this problem only AFTER I installed Sierra and it is a bit risky to go back to the other OS.I can upload my photos now via a USB card reader (IPhotos also does NOT work when I connect my Canon!).But the biggest problem I have now is that I cannot use EOS Utility anymore for making macro photos. HiI got exactly the same answer as Chris. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact again. We trust this information has answered your enquiry. I use this in my day to day working life and have the same problems, I got in touch with Canon and got the following reply:Thank you for your request and for contacting Canon. In response to your enquiry regarding your EOS 700D and the use of EOS Utility on your MacOS 10.12 Sierra computer we have to inform you that there is not yet a version available for this OS system. We would advise you to keep an eye on the support site during the coming weeks for the availability of the version for MacOS 10.12 Sierra.Once again, thank you for contacting Canon. The way I work, wifi makes things far more convenient for me and if anyone has a way to get this to work, please share.I sold my MyFi card when I bought the 70D. I have no problem downloading photos with various other programs over USB but Canon's EOS Utility won't even load since going to Sierra.I purchased the 70D largely because it offer a wifi connection and that is now broken. I haven't been able to get EOS Utility to load at all. That chart says Utility 2 works over wifi which seem absolutely wrong in my case at least.
